Balloons on the brain.....

Today I have got balloons on the brain trying to organise my daughters 3rd birthday party. (Time certainly does fly!). I am trying to source those big, bad-ass round ones. More of Collette Dinnigans Digs!

I have been a bad little blogger haven't I? But I promise I will be back more regularly than last week! No excuses!

I know I have already posted about Collette Dinnigan's Paddington pad here before, however I thought I would show some more pictures, some of which are from different angles and have been styled differently.....I am loving the bougainvillea, those sliding white stackable doors in the first image and I seriously nearly wet my panties upon sighting those shiny, black lacquered shutters....

Scents of Spring

My first Gardenia's of the season have bloomed (my favourite), along with my Bird of Paradise & my Star Jasmine has just exploded into full flower & scent as well... I just love this time of year. It reminds me of the warmer weather to come! I especially love the smell of wattle as well, as we have a lot of wattle bushes around our neighbourhood here. As you can see I placed my beloved gardenias in my teacup on my bedside table so every morning and night I get to wake up to that lovely scent....

Harry Hodges has yet again listed his magnificent Hampton's-inspired beach house for sale and what a beauty it is! The house features 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, Steam room, & fire pit to name but a few.....but oh I am just in love with the tongue and groove white walls, beachy colour palette and soft furnishings..

Rebecca Wetzler

Wowzer! This is the first time I have come across the work of Rebecca Wetzler. What an amazing and talented woman. I simply love watercolours and girly prints and came across her in this months Madison magazine where she has compiled a set of watercolour fashion prints featuring fairytale characters. Go see more here. They are so pretty and retail for $50 Aus a print and the good news is 100 percent of the profits go to Make-A-Wish Australia!
